Wordpress Security - help me, o wise ones!
One of the things my pastors want to do with our church website (which, like this one, is a wordpress site) is to add a feature where people have to register and log in to access sensitive information like rosters, contact details and so on. I’m aware you can password-protect individual posts, but what would be really good is to be able to restrict certain categories to registered users (some kind onf user security level structure would be much more practical than having a password on each page that contained someone’s phone number!) To that end, can anyone suggest a good plugin they’ve come across?

I had a look for a plugin of similar function, but my intent was to make posts older than say, a year ago private. I didn’t come across anything that did that, but I came across post levels: “Show private posts if user’s level is greater than or equal to the post level. By Filipe Fortes.”.
It didn’t work for me because I wanted something to quickly and retrospectively change a lot of my previous posts, but it might work for you.

I’ve had another look round, because I never got round to doing it, and I found ‘Disclose-Secret’:

Thanks Nato, I think that plugin will do the job.
